The singer got creative in the hashtag department, writing, "#sadkitty #f*ckyeahtulsa @waynewontpostpicsofnakedwomen @katyweaver #lovemoneyparty #freakz." The tattoo might be seen as a way to pay homage to her  headline-grabbing performance at the 2013 American Music Awards , during which she sang "Wrecking Ball" as a giant cat mouthed the lyrics on a screen behind her. What happened was that the insurgents passed through the river channel behind the university to lauch the attack on the barracks,  the commissioner said that the university campus was safe as both students and lecturers had been adequately protected.
