Miley Cyrus gets cat tattoo on bottom lip

 Miley Cyrus took to Instagram on Friday to share her new ink. Complete with whiskers and even a sliding tear, a yellow cat now has a permanent spot on her inner bottom lip. The singer got creative in the hashtag department, writing, "#sadkitty #f*ckyeahtulsa @waynewontpostpicsofnakedwomen @katyweaver #lovemoneyparty #freakz." The tattoo might be seen as a way to pay homage to her headline-grabbing performance at the 2013 American Music Awards, during which she sang "Wrecking Ball" as a giant cat mouthed the lyrics on a screen behind her.
Miley clearly has a lot of experience putting on a brave face in the tattoo parlor. Last year, she commissioned Kat Von D to replicate Leonardo da Vinci's iconic anatomical heart. The year before, Miley had a quote from President Theodore Roosevelt tattooed on her forearm. Shell 'warned Nigeria pipeline could leak before spills'

  Oil firm Royal Dutch Shell was told a pipeline had reached the end of its life years before it spilled up to 500,000 barrels of oil, according to court documents seen by the BBC. Two spills in 2008 affected about 35 sq miles (90 sq km) in southern Nigeria, according to a group suing Shell. The area included sensitive mangroves. Shell "dismisses the suggestion that it has knowingly continued to use a pipeline that is not safe to operate," it told the BBC . The emails, letters and internal reports submitted to a court in London show that senior Shell employees were concerned before the spill that Shell's pipelines in the area had reached the end of their lives and needed replacing to avoid danger to lives, the environment and the economy.
