FIGHT OVER DIRT: Bizman docked for injury on woman’s breast

The police, yesterday, charged a businessman, Nnamdi Unagbu, 36, before a Tinubu Magistrate’s Court for allegedly inflicting wound on the breast of a woman. The defendant is facing a-count charge of assault filed against him. vanguard reports.
The prosecutor, Sergeant Koti Aoudohemba, told the court that the defendant committed the alleged offence on March 9, adding that the incident occurred at Ebudola Market Balogun in Lagos Island.However, the defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge and Magistrate Salam Matepo granted him bail in the sum of N10,000, with two sureties in like sum. The matter was adjourned till April 1 for mention.
