                         First Tenant Conde Nast Moves Into New World Trade Center


It is currently an emotional time for New Yorkers and the United States as a whole, as the World Trade Center re-opens for business 13 years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The 104-storey, $3.9 billion skyscraper, which is the tallest building in America, officially re-opened on Monday, November 3, USA TODAY reports.
Companies have gradually started moving into the building. Conde Nast, the company that owns publications such as Vanity Fair, GQ, and Vogue, has already moved in with its over 2,300 employees occupying 24 floors.

Ray J offers sex tape money to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as a wedding gift

Ray J has given Kim Kardashian his share of the 2014 profits from their sex tape as a wedding gift. The 33-year-old singer has offered his former girlfriend and her fiancé Kanye West a cheque for almost $47 000, which is the amount of money he made from the X-rated Kim Kardashian Superstar video - which was filmed when they were dating in 2007 - between January and April this year. According to gossip website TMZ, Ray picked up $6135.60 in January, a staggering $20 097.31 in February, $9 674.76 in March, and $10 931.52 in April, and under the deal signed with Vivid Entertainment - who say the tape has made an estimated $50m to date - she is entitles to royalties at least the same as her former lover. It is unclear as yet whether Kim - who has 10-month-old daughter North with Kanye - will accept the gift, but if she doesn't, the singer has pledged to donate it to her favourite charity.
