2nd American Journalist Beheaded by ISIS

The ISIS terror group has released a video titled “A second message to America” showing the beheading of American journalist Steven Sotloff.
31 year old Steven Sotloff from Miami in the USA was captured in Syria in August 2013.

CNN reports that after word of the Sotloff’s murder, CNN terrorism analyst Paul Cruickshank said that the method of killing — beheading — has a specific purpose for ISIS. A video like the one showing Sotloff’s killing “really energizes” supporters of ISIS, and beheading is employed for “maximum propaganda” to “terrify” ISIS’ enemies, Cruickshank said.

MTN, dealers differ over voucher prices

MTN MTN Nigeria insist it had not increased the price of its physical recharge vouchers despite such suggestion by dealers. According to market surveys in Lagos, while Vouchers of other networks operators sells for same value price, MTN N400 N750, N1,000   and N1,500 are sold with an additional N50 across the board. Some dealers told our correspondent that most customers no longer bought MTN vouchers from them because of the additional N50 placed on the physical vouchers. Emeka Uwadibia, who sells recharge at Iyana Ipaja said he had since stop selling MTN recharge cards because no one bought them with the additional price on the face value. 'Nobody wants to buy a recharged cards for N400 for N430 0r N450 I buy for N400 Voucher form a major dealer for N420. Since  i must make my own gain, i sell at N440 or N450.
