Troubled Ecobank Transnational Incorporated is scheduled to elect new directors during an annual general meeting slated for the end of the month.
The AGM is set for Lome, Togo on June 30.
Shareholders at the meeting will also discuss the approval of the bank's account, ratification of the co-option of a director and re-appointment of a joint auditor.
Ecobank has been characterised by crises in the past years following alleged corporate governance breaches by top management officials of the bank.
Earlier this year, some directors of the bank resigned their appointment while the bank's Chief Executive Officer, Thiery Tannoh, was sacked by the board members.
The election of new directors to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of three former directors and two other director due for retirement will thus top the agenda of the meeting on June 30.
