Pastor orders female members to attend service without underwear for "Christ to enter"

A Kenyan Clergyman, Rev. Njohi was said to have ordered the female members of the Church including mothers to attend service 'free' without pants and bras for 'Christ to enter their lives'.
Revered Njohi of Lord's Propeller Redemption Church in Kenya was said to have passed a law banning   the underwear's in a meeting chaired by him.
The pastor termed undergarments as 'Ungodly' adding that when people go to church they need to be free in the 'body' and spirit to receive Christ.
According to Reports,the pastor was said to have have warned his members of the consequences of disobedience, advising mothers and daughters before coming to church and also come without underwear's to receive Christ.
What's this man of God thinking,  intend of  saving souls, he is sending people to heal.
May God have mercy on him and his members.
