Keshi Defends NPL stars

Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi has defended his contiued invitation of home-based players top the national team. insisting that they will be given a chanced to fight for their place in the 2014 world cup squad, kickoff Nigeria reports .
Keshi noted that having worked with the home based players, he believed that just like their Euro- based counterparts they are capable of exhibiting a very high standard of football if well motivated and instilled and with confidence .
Keshi led the home based players to finsh third at the just concluded African Nations Championship in Sounth Africa.
