Dalung directs ex-sports federations officials

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, has directed ex-sports federation officials who were still in possession of their body’s property or documents to hand them over to the newly elected and sworn-in officials.
The Minister who gave the advice on Friday in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Nneka Ikem Anibeze, said that failure to comply might attract prosecution.
“Failure to hand over within the provided period will activate the law. If you refuse to handover government property in your custody, you have invited the law to take over,’’ it said.
Once it is established, Mr Magu will be invited to help evaluate the magnitude. If established, you’ll be given a presidential escort to Kuje Prison,’’ the statement said.
It said the minister also called on the NOC led by Habu Gumel to get involved in the official hand over process of former presidents to the present ones to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.

Ray J has given Kim Kardashian his share of the 2014 profits from their sex tape as a wedding gift. The 33-year-old singer has offered his former girlfriend and her fiancé Kanye West a cheque for almost $47 000, which is the amount of money he made from the X-rated Kim Kardashian Superstar video - which was filmed when they were dating in 2007 - between January and April this year. According to gossip website TMZ, Ray picked up $6135.60 in January, a staggering $20 097.31 in February, $9 674.76 in March, and $10 931.52 in April, and under the deal signed with Vivid Entertainment - who say the tape has made an estimated $50m to date - she is entitles to royalties at least the same as her former lover. It is unclear as yet whether Kim - who has 10-month-old daughter North with Kanye - will accept the gift, but if she doesn't, the singer has pledged to donate it to her favourite charity.
