Mysterious River With Healing Water Appears In Enugu (PHOTOS)

Before now, very little was known about Nachi, a community in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State. However, all that has changed; the history of the community has being re-shaped. All it took to change the face of Nachi is mysterious healing water, already named “Orimiri Jordan”, (River Jordan). DailyPost visited this community on Tuesday and reports that it has indeed become a Pilgrimage Centre, playing host to people from all parts of Nigeria. Countless testimonies abound as Nigerians struggle to dip themselves into the River. How it all Began Enquiries by DailyPost showed that it all started on the 11th day of November 2013. According to community sources, a Fulani herdsman ran to the community and announced how water covered the place just few minutes after he passed.

The alleged assassination attempt on Nigeria’s embattled Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, is a manufactured lie meant to divert attention from the corruption scandal involving her, Nigerians said on Tuesday. The minister had, on Monday evening, reported to the police that her car came under gunfire by unknown persons at Maitama area of Abuja on Friday at 10.30 p.m. The Police Public Relations Officer at the Federal Capital Territory, Altienne Daniel, confirmed that Oduah reported the matter on Monday but could not say whether the metallic object found in the car was a bullet or not. Daniel said detectives who checked the vehicle retrieved a metallic object which was being subjected to ballistic test to ascertain whether it was a bullet or not. “The incident was reported to us on Monday at exactly 5.45pm and we are subjecting the metallic object we recovered from the car to ballistic test. Asari-Dokubo Arrested in Benin Republic

The leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, was today arrested in Cotonou, Benin Republic.  A statement by his lawyer, Festus Keyamo, said Dokubo was picked up by the police between 1:00pm and 2:00pm around the Lubeleyi roundabout, and taken to an unknown destination. The wealthy former militant reportedly opened a private university in the Benin Republic, the King Amachree African University that is preparing to start degree-awarding programmes in 2014. “We want to emphasise that Alhaji Dokubo-Asari carries on legitimate business and has been living partly in Benin Republic for many years now,” Keyamo said in his statement.  “In fact, he owns houses, schools and an academy in that country. A lecturer at the institution, which is known as Yaba Tech, told SaharaReporters that part of Ms. Ladipo’s moves was to set up a panel which would be used to victimize the student after she had written her exam.
