The peoples's Democratic party (PDP) has denied reports that president Goodluck Johnathan signed an agreement to serve a single term in office and stressed  that Jonathan will contest in 2015,the Deputy national chairman of the (PDP) Uche Secondus. Made this known on Saturday in Portcourt in an interview; Former Nigerian President and founding members of the PDP, Olusegun Obasanjo said in a recent interview that Jonathan promised to serve only one term.
