Lifestyle: 10 things not to do this weekend

The weekend looms and you cannot wait. It's been a hectic week, what with deadlines, your boss throwing a tantrum on Tuesday, a parents' meeting at the school and your partner's birthday. All you want to do is relax a bit and let your hair down. A couple of days of reasonable peace and quiet. But the weekend does have certain possible pitfalls. So be careful – you could be making the coming week an even greater nightmare than the previous one. So what are the things you shouldn't do this weekend? Hit the bottle. It is very tempting to have a drink or five to help you relax at the start of the weekend. The problem is, whereas the first drink or two helps you to relax, the third or the fourth could make you even more tense – and give you insomnia to boot. Not to speak of a massive hangover the next morning. So if relaxation is what you're after, limit the booze. You're body is already tired and having to recover from a drinking binge will not help matters.

Lifestyle: Spice up your sex life!

Image
What do you do to spice up your sex life? No one likes a predictable and dull sex life and, over the years, people have become very creative in their efforts to keep things hot and happening. Top of the list, according to the Woman’s Health and Men’s Health Sex Survey of 2013, is good old dirty talk. The power of words in the game of seduction should never be underestimated. A bit of naughty talk and/or swearing can be especially powerful when it comes from someone who doesn’t normally do so. It heightens the feelings of excitement and desire. For others, it’s watching porn with their partner that does the trick. And, if they don’t have any porn on standby, they simply create their own! Thirty-three percent of the sex survey respondents said they loved filming and photographing themselves. Filming yourselves while in the act, creates an element of voyeurism, of being watched, which can be very exciting. Many couples also take great pleasure in watching themselves after filming

Was Wiz Khalifa high when he got this tattoo on his face?

Image
Upon his arrest earlier this week Wiz Khalifa shared a vine of him getting a new tat on his face. Not just any tattoo though, a tattoo of a dagga leaf. Could this be an addition of memrobelia for his recent arrest for possession of marijuana?? We think YES!! It is way too much of a coincidence!
