Bomb explodes near busy Kano market

At least one bomb has exploded near a market in the northern Nigerian city of Kano, officials and residents say.
A blast hit a vehicle loading area at the Kantin Kwari textile market. Boko Haram militants are suspected of carrying out the attack.
Eyewitnesses said the market was hit by two blasts. At least seven people died and 30 were hurt, hospital sources say.
Last month more than 100 people died in a gun and bomb attack during prayers at one of the biggest mosques in Kano.
Kantin Kwari is the biggest textile market in Kano, where people from neighbouring states and other parts of the country come for transactions.

Ray J offers sex tape money to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as a wedding gift

Ray J has given Kim Kardashian his share of the 2014 profits from their sex tape as a wedding gift. The 33-year-old singer has offered his former girlfriend and her fiancé Kanye West a cheque for almost $47 000, which is the amount of money he made from the X-rated Kim Kardashian Superstar video - which was filmed when they were dating in 2007 - between January and April this year. According to gossip website TMZ, Ray picked up $6135.60 in January, a staggering $20 097.31 in February, $9 674.76 in March, and $10 931.52 in April, and under the deal signed with Vivid Entertainment - who say the tape has made an estimated $50m to date - she is entitles to royalties at least the same as her former lover. It is unclear as yet whether Kim - who has 10-month-old daughter North with Kanye - will accept the gift, but if she doesn't, the singer has pledged to donate it to her favourite charity.
