A presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Sam Nda-Isaiah, will formally declare his intention to contest for the party’s presidential ticket on, October 28.
The Executive Director, Public Affairs, of Sam4Nigeria, Ibrahim Tukur, said after over one year of consultations with family and friends, critical stakeholders, different groups, communities and leaders across the country, it was now time for Nda-Isaiah to formally step out.
According to him he said: “Our country has never been in greater need for change. What came out loud and clear during our consultative tours was that people were telling us that they were tired of change as a slogan – they need change as an action word, now.
He added, “Sam stands for big ideas about the country’s future. At a time when
the country is deeply, divided he offers a strong unifying message and generational connectedness. He is in touch.”
“It’s time for all those who are truly fed up with 15 wasted years of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to stand up with Sam and be counted,” Tukur said.
