Jim Iyke dropped from lead role in Kenyan movie

Nollywood actor and reality TV show star, Jim Iyke has been dropped from a Kenyan film due to production budget cuts.
Nigerian Entertainment Today(NET) reports that Serah Mwhihaki, who is the screen writer for the film titled My Life in Crime, revealed this at the on-going Broadcasting, Film and Music Africa conference where she is a panelist.
Jim Iyke was cast as John Kiriamiti, a hard core criminal who is now reformed, but was later dropped due to slashes in the cost of shooting the film.

Ray J has given Kim Kardashian his share of the 2014 profits from their sex tape as a wedding gift. The 33-year-old singer has offered his former girlfriend and her fiancé Kanye West a cheque for almost $47 000, which is the amount of money he made from the X-rated Kim Kardashian Superstar video - which was filmed when they were dating in 2007 - between January and April this year. According to gossip website TMZ, Ray picked up $6135.60 in January, a staggering $20 097.31 in February, $9 674.76 in March, and $10 931.52 in April, and under the deal signed with Vivid Entertainment - who say the tape has made an estimated $50m to date - she is entitles to royalties at least the same as her former lover. It is unclear as yet whether Kim - who has 10-month-old daughter North with Kanye - will accept the gift, but if she doesn't, the singer has pledged to donate it to her favourite charity.
