BREAKING: Fire Guts Popular Balogun Market, Four Houses, Five Plazas Razed.

The popular Balogun market on Lagos Island was gutted by fire this morning January 12th. Four houses, five plazas and a Diamond Bank building on the street were razed by fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown but men of the fire service are currently there working to put off the fire.
Thankfully no life was lost.

Ray J has given Kim Kardashian his share of the 2014 profits from their sex tape as a wedding gift. The 33-year-old singer has offered his former girlfriend and her fiancé Kanye West a cheque for almost $47 000, which is the amount of money he made from the X-rated Kim Kardashian Superstar video - which was filmed when they were dating in 2007 - between January and April this year. According to gossip website TMZ, Ray picked up $6135.60 in January, a staggering $20 097.31 in February, $9 674.76 in March, and $10 931.52 in April, and under the deal signed with Vivid Entertainment - who say the tape has made an estimated $50m to date - she is entitles to royalties at least the same as her former lover. It is unclear as yet whether Kim - who has 10-month-old daughter North with Kanye - will accept the gift, but if she doesn't, the singer has pledged to donate it to her favourite charity.                        America and five Arab countries have launched dozens of air strikes against Islamic terrorist group ISIS, killing at least 20 militants and blasting a series of its bases. The attacks - described as 'shock without awe' - began early this morning local time, with Tomahawk missiles, B1 bombers, F16, F18 and F22 strike fighters and drones involved. American air power was backed by 'participation or support' from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and the UAE - a coalition of nations that has agreed to assist with the destruction of ISIS.
